With latest update to custom blocks you are able to apply multiple paragraph types within one block.

Section

Our new Custom Block type, Section, allows you to use some of the Paragraph Types for the overall block layout of your website. To create the Section Custom Block go to: Structure → Block Layout → Add Custom Block → click on Section. You can use the following paragraph types: Columns, Text & Media, Embedded Google Map, FAQ-Group, Form and Spacer (as seen below).
